Appointment Scheduling Software for Technical Inspections – 3N Top Group

We developed a comprehensive appointment scheduling program for technical inspections that allows for easy and efficient management of bookings for 3N Top Group. The program features an intuitive form for entering basic details and vehicle type, based on which the necessary time for the technical inspection is automatically determined. Once the date, time, and vehicle type are selected, the appointment can be scheduled within the system.

A key feature of the program is the automatic adjustment of available time based on the workday – 8 hours for weekdays and 7 hours for Saturdays. If no time slots are available for the selected inspection on a specific day, the user will be notified that booking is not possible. In addition to scheduling, all entries can be easily updated or deleted.

The program includes a clear table showing appointments for the current day and an integrated calendar that provides an overview of scheduled appointments for any chosen date. Additionally, the “Entry Overview” tool allows users to search all entries in the database, while the “Registration” button tracks vehicle registration renewal deadlines, with a date range filter option.

For specific needs, such as semi-annual inspections for trucks, trailers, buses, and taxis, there is an option to display the required appointment times. Finally, the ability to print the daily list of scheduled appointments streamlines operational processes. The program is designed to work on all devices, including mobile phones, enabling users to easily and flexibly schedule appointments at any time.
